Who will work on my landscape?
The only people who will work on your landscape are Eland Property Services employees and contractors. Our team members have experience and horticultural backgrounds, and we will all be familiar with your specific landscape needs.
Are you insured and licensed?
We have all necessary licenses for our area and we carry insurance for all of our projects.
Some larger construction projects require special licenses and certifications. We have trusted members within the contractors community that we work with for those special cases. Our concrete contractors cover all permitting needs. Our landscape design office is experienced in working with HOA's around Houston, Katy, Waller & surrounding areas!
What kind of landscaping do you do?
We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in mixing hard-scape and native plant designs to make a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our area. What Do I need to do to get started?
The first step to take is reaching out through the contact form. This will notify a team member immediately and we will be in touch with you within 24 hours (often sooner) to schedule a consultation. Depending on the complexity of the job, we may have a design fee or consultation fee. Any Design fee or consultation fee will be credited back to you and subtracted from the job total! The fee will help compensate our contractors for their time working with you. Landscape design and the many tasks we cover in Katy, Waller, Houston and surrounding areas are done right, even before we are hired.
